This timetable is subject to change.

All Classes will be taught using Zoom Video Conferencing. If you would like to join a class email me on info@4mostfitness.co.uk and I will send you a Zoom invite for the class.

Personal training and small group classes via Zoom are available throughout the week, please contact me on info@4mostfitness.co.uk or phone me on 07923 365357 to book in.

Group Classes

All classes are one hour.

One Pilates class per week is £10.

Book in for two classes per week and you will be charged  £17.

Book in for three classes per week and you will be charged  £22.

Monday

6:30pm to 7:30 pm, Online Zoom Pilates – Matwork with props – flexi bands, Pilates circles and small weights

Tuesday

6:30pm to 7:30pm, Online Zoom Pilates – Matwork with props – flexi bands, Pilates circles and small weights

Wednesday

9.15am to 10:15am, Online Zoom Pilates – Ladies Healthy Bones Pilates – Matwork with flexi bands, Pilates circles and small weights

6:30pm to 7:30pm, Online Zoom Pilates – Power Pilates – Pilates circuits (mat props / foam roller alternate weeks)

Thursday

10.30am to 11.30am, Online Zoom Pilates – Body Beautiful Pilates – toning and strengthening Pilates with flexi bands, Pilates circles, foam roller and small weights

Friday

7.30am to 8.30am, Online Zoom Pilates – Pure Pilates Stretch and Breathe – Matwork, no props

Pink Ribbon Programme Pilates Based Exercises for Breast Cancer Survivors

Are you or do you know someone who is a breast cancer survivor? This class is a Pilates based, post operative programme, developed by a survivor, for survivors to help regain mobility and improve strength and posture. It is equally suitable for recent survivors and those whose surgery was some time ago but who have failed to recover full mobility and musculature in affected areas.
