How I can help
Pilates is effective for rehabilitation from an injury, illness or surgical procedure. It reduces pain and disability as well as speeding up recovery time.
Pilates gives athletes an edge mentally and physically. It can offer something for the athlete of any level from Sunday cyclist through to top professionals.
Work smarter – not harder! High intensity training during the menopause is less effective at relieving stress than the mindful movement of Pilates.
Pregnancy is a time of significant change for the body. Pilates is a safe and effective exercise regime with a focus on core stability, strength and overall fitness.
