Our classes are designed using the latest scientific research and Pilates methodology.  To give you a safe and effective Pilates class as well as a fantastic and fun exercise experience.

Open-minded approach

We believe in exercise for all abilities and so provide personal training and small group studio classes for everyone from complete novice to advanced athlete.

Maximum of 6 in a class

Having a small group class means that everyone receives individual attention, ensuring safe and quality exercise movement.

Studio Equipment Classes

You will need to wear Pilates non-slip grip-socks (which you can buy from the studio) and tie long hair back for all studio classes. Please also refrain from wearing perfume or aftershave in the studio.

Essential Equipment

This beginner level equipment class uses the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair.

We use the basic Pilates principles to transform your whole body using spring resistance. Get maximum results in minimum time, feel the difference, see the difference!

Healthy Bones on the Equipment

A gentle class for people with back pain, post physio rehab or breast cancer rehab, osteoporosis or arthritis.

Equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair. Work smarter with this specially designed class, helping you work through the menopause safely and effectively.

The exercises re-introduce strength and flexibility to damaged or weak muscles. Each class builds on the Pilates fundamentals and your body will gain improved posture, stability and flexibility.

Regain your strength and your body confidence while enjoying a fun class. Also safe for ladies with hip replacements or knee replacements.

This class uses the fundamentals of Pilates
(improved posture, stability, flexibility and strength) and incorporates these into a higher intensity session.

Using the Pilates equipment and small weights to strengthen, stretch and tone giving you that fabulous Pilates body – we may get a little sweaty in this class too!

Power Pilates on the Equipment

A fast paced and challenging Pilates class. Be prepared to sweat in this high energy equipment circuits workout.

An intermediate level equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair.

Condition your body and improve overall strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.  You will feel stronger and more energized while helping to prevent injury in sports and daily activities.

Essential Matwork

A perfect introductory class to establish the fundamentals of Pilates.

In this beginner level matwork Pilates class we will focus on the Pilates principles combining movement and breathing, allowing your body to maximise the benefits of the workout.

Learn to balance, strengthen and increase your body’s flexibility whilst developing long, lean muscles and a strong inner core.

Power Pilates on the Mat

The Power Pilates class is based on a method of training called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). 

It is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn body fat and develop lean muscle.

We start with a standing warm up session followed by plenty of plank work and a fantastic abdominal burn section, finishing up with a stretch out.

Zoom Classes

You will need a non-slip Pilates or Yoga mat.  Some classes use Pilates props such as resistance bands, small weights, power-loop, Pilates circle, a squashy ball and a yoga block or a cushion.

Before signing up for a class, check what props you will need for the class and make sure you have them ready before the class begins. Please also make sure your space is free from obstacles and hazards.

We’ve used the Pilates principles of breathing, centre, flowing movement with precision, concentration and control and created a workout that strengthens, stretches and tones your body whilst adding a little fun to give your day that Pilates boost!
